Being part of our Alliance gives schools the opportunity to work collaboratively, to influence and consistently improve educational outcomes for young people. From training the next generation of Outstanding teachers to coaching trainee Heads on our NPQH qualification, Alliance members can access input for their specific school needs and work collaboratively with others to help raise standards in their own school and benefit of their community. We listen carefully to our schools to create networking opportunities and innovative research and training programmes. We do hope that Alliance members will be willing to share the excellent practice we know they have in school. When you complete the application form, we will ask you to share areas of expertise you feel other schools might benefit from and that you would be willing to share at a time and in a manner convenient to you. This will help us keep a data base of support to use when Alliance members are looking for development opportunities. If you would like further information about the WHTSP, please do not hesitate to contact us at . We will be delighted to welcome you to our Learning Alliance.

We welcome all schools to our Alliance and particularly schools who would like to work more regularly together to share successful initiatives, support each other’s professional learning and build a collaborative approach to school improvement for the benefit of all our pupils.
