Reconnect with your sense of purpose and professional values and understand how they can support your wellbeing. Know how to maintain a sense of perspective so you can focus on what really matters (and let go of the rest).
2. Managing workload and finding balance (Mon 16th Nov)
Learn how small tweaks to prioritising and doing your job can allow you to work more effectively and still have a life outside of teaching. Understand how to manage stress more skilfully and develop healthy habits that build your reserves and resilience.
3. Positive relationships and developing agency (Mon 23rd Nov)
Discover how to foster positive relationships with young people, parents and colleagues, whilst knowing how to handle difficult conversations more easily. Realise that you have more control than you think you do and how to effect change in the areas that count.
