Moving up to Headship Programme

West Herts TSP and BSET TSA are delighted to be working in partnership to deliver this substantial, well rounded programme for aspiring heads in Hertfordshire. The programme consists of sessions on key aspects of Headship, face-to-face training days, shadowing activities , NPQH application support, coaching opportunities and the opportunity to practice real life scenarios.
Throughout the programme you will be supported by a range of professionals, including experienced and new local Headteachers.
The programme is suitable for delegates from all phases and faith schools.
