Mathematics Specialist Teacher Programme

The Maths Specialist Teacher Programme (MaST) is a professional development programme for primary school teachers. It has a proven track record of improving teaching and learning in mathematics.

The West Hertfordshire Teaching Schools Partnership is working in collaboration with The University of Hertfordshire and Herts for Learning to deliver the MaST Programme over a two year period. All face to face days are during school time.

Qualified teachers, including head teachers, working within a primary school setting are eligible to apply. Participants do not need to be leading mathematics teachers or subject leaders.

Participants will need to be recommended by, and have the support of their head teacher.
