Once you are confident you have fulfilled all entry requirements, we want to hear from you.
Applications are made through the UCAS Teacher Training Portal, which can be accessed here. (The portal will open for September 2017 entry, in October 2016).
First you will need to register with UCAS so that you may use their application portal. For this section you will need to enter your Name, address and date of birth. UCAS require an online payment to cover their administration costs. Once you have registered you can log-in and complete the rest of the form. The application form can take some time to complete, but it does not need to be completed all in one sitting – you can save and log back in at any time.
Once you have entered in all relevant information about your education background, qualifications and experience, you will be required to write a personal statement. UCAS have some great hints and tips for writing an excellent personal statement.
Please note, your application cannot be sent until you have two references attached to it. Check out how the reference process works.
